 Ticketing Level Restroom Renovation

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the renovation of six public restrooms totaling 3,100 square feet at a cost of $700,000.

 

 Equipment Storage Building

Toki & Associates provided Architectural services for this 13,500 square-foot equipment storage building. The facility was designed to contain snow removal equipment and lawn care equipment in the off-seasons.

 

 Concourse E Electrical Upgrade

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the renovation of 79,060 square feet of passenger holding areas, restrooms, gates, and offices at a cost of $9.8 Million.

 

 Concourse D Stem Renovations

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the installation of electrical service to the Concourse E Rotunda for 400 Hz jet bridge power at a cost of $3.6 Million.

 

 Concourse C Hammerhead Addition & Tenant Build-Out

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the addition of eight new passenger gates and jet bridges, passenger holding areas, restrooms, retail space, airline offices, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to serve 56,313 square feet at a cost of $19.3 Million.

 

 Concourse E Remodel

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the renovation of 8,968 square feet to include passenger holding areas, gates, offices, and restrooms at a cost of $1.7 Million.

 

 Baggage Make-Up Reconfiguration

Toki & Associates provided Construction Management services for the renovation of the baggage make-up area: four carousels and multiple offices serving nine airlines totaling 37,000 square feet at a cost of $6.7 Million.

 

 Baggage Screening Improvements – Baggage Handling Addition & OSR Room

It includes an addition of approximately 25,000 square feet for a new automated baggage handling system. The project covers remodel of numerous areas affected by this new system, including the ticketing area, outbound baggage make-up areas, and ground operations areas. There will be relocation and additions of passenger boarding bridges and foundations, modifications to the underground fuel distribution system, new airside security access points, and infrastructure modifications.
